Children Cable Hat

Hello my friends, today I'm knitting a hat to children and young women. It's a very simple project, easy to knit if you are a beginner and here you have the video tutorial with English subtitles and the written pattern. If you like this project you can read more patterns in English here




Materials:
- 1  Gorro Kids Yarn from Círculo Yarns
- Size 6 mm knitting needles
- Size 4.5 mm knitting needles
- 1 clable needle
- scissors
- atapestry needle

Gauge:
7 sts x 10 rows (on a 5 cm x 5 cm).

Final Size: 
5-year-old kids to female women size.

Measurements: 
19 cm de width
19 cm de hight (without the pompom).

Cast on 62 sts on size 6 needle.

Row 1: k1 *k2, p2* k1.
Row 2: p1 *k2, p2* p1.
Row 3: k1 *k2, p2* k1.
Row 4: p1 *k2, p2* p1.
Row 5: k1 *k2, p2* k1.
Row 6: p1 *k2, p2* p1.

Row 1: k1 *p2, k2, p2, k6* ending with k7.
Row 2: p1 *p6, k2, p2, k2* ending with k2, p2, k2, p1.
Row 3: k1 *p2, k2, p2, k6* ending with k7.
Row 4: p1 *p6, k2, p2, k2* ending with k2, p2, k2, p1.
Row 5: k1 *p2, k2, p2, slip 3 sts to cable needle and place them in front of the work, k3, put the 3 sts back to the left needle and k3* ending with k2, p2, k2, k1.
Row 6: p1 *p6, k2, p2, k2* ending with k2, p2, k2, p1.

Row 7: k1 *p2, k2, p2, k6* ending with k7.
Row 8: p1 *p6, k2, p2, k2* ending with k2, p2, k2, p1.
Row 9: k1 *p2, k2, p2, k6* ending with k7.

Row 27: k1 *p2, k2, p2, k6* ending with k7.
Row 28: p1 *p6, k2, p2, k2* ending with k2, p2, k2, p1.
Row 29: k1 *p2, k2, p2, slip 3 sts to cable needle and place them in front of the work, k3, put the 3 sts back to the left needle and k3* ending with k2, p2, k2, k1.
Row 30: p1 *p6, k2, p2, k2* ending with k2, p2, k2, p1.

Row 31: knit all sts
Row 32: purl all sts
Row 33: k2tog all sts.
Row 34: p2tog ending with p1.

Don't bind off. I used the work yarn to sew the hat and place the pompom on it.
